Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, handling queries, resolving complaints, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client queries, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and solutions.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable products/services.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to meet customer expectations.
  • Track client interactions, maintain updated records in CRM software, and prepare regular reports.
  • Handle escalated issues and ensure smooth resolution.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve processes and services.
  • Proactively engage with clients for renewals, upgrades, and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Client Service Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., financial services, IT, retail].
  • Knowledge of customer success strategies and client engagement techniques.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret client data and behavior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
