Job Overview:

D.R. Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and well-spoken CRM Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client communications and scheduling virtual meetings (Zoom) between clients and our Wealth Managers. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Freshers with strong English fluency and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule Zoom meetings between clients and Wealth Managers.
• Share meeting details, links, and reminders with both clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients post-meeting to gather feedback or provide further assistance.
• Ensure all communications are clear, courteous, and professional.
• Support the Wealth Management team in enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• (Experience in CRM, telecalling, or the immigration industry will be an advantage.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Zoom, email, and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)
