*Handle incoming leads and inquiries through CRM and convert them into sales opportunities.
*Maintain and update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
*Follow up with potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
*Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Service, Accounts) for smooth customer handling.
*Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports using CRM data.
*Identify potential business opportunities through CRM analytics and customer insights.
*Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
*Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
*Stay updated on company offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
