Job Description The Bodyshop Advisor will assess the accident repair and ensure its implementation by the floor team Primary Responsibilities Ø Accident Repair o Assess the accident repair for any accident jobs received by the workshop o Prepare a time and cost estimate and agree on the same with customer & service consultant o Raise requests with Royal Enfield for required spare parts not available in the dealership o Monitor and oversee the accident repair and overhaul being carried out by the floor team o Follow Accident Repair Register as per prescribed format o Help customer process the insurance requirements / documentation Recruitment profile Ø Educational Qualifications: Diploma / Graduate Ø Industry: Auto [2 wheeler preferred] Ø Minimum experience: 1 - 3 years Ø Profile: extensive technical experience in automobiles [2 wheelers] Ø Competencies: o Customer Relationship Management o Technical Knowledge – Service o Analytical Skills Ø Enabler / Operational o Estimated Cost Adherence (Deviation from Repairing Cost Quotation) o Adherence to Repair SLA o Estimated Cost Adherence (Deviation from Repairing Cost Quotation) Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
