About the Role

Ashish Bimawala IMF Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Relationship Manager who can drive business growth by promoting financial products, acquiring new clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge in Mutual Funds, Stock Market products, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance, along with a proven track record in sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients for financial and insurance products.
  • Promote a wide range of offerings including mutual funds, stock market products, life insurance, and health insurance.
  • Conduct joint calls and follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term clients.

2. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, resolve queries, and support clients in making informed financial decisions.
  • Improve customer retention through consistent engagement and high-quality service.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance across assigned product categories.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with back-office teams for documentation, compliance, and customer support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales or relationship management within a reputed financial services, insurance, or investment organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of:
  • Mutual Funds
  • Stock Market & investment products
  • Life Insurance & Health Insurance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships based on trust and service quality.
  • Good understanding of documentation, compliance, and financial advisory practices.
