Required CRM Manager at manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring all customer data is accurate, updated, and accessible.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and long-term relationships.
Analyze customer data, buying behavior, and sales trends to support decision-making and lead nurturing.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams for smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
Track customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring quick resolutions.
Generate regular CRM reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review.
Train team members on CRM tools, best practices, and data-entry standards.
Segment customers for targeted communication, campaigns, and retention programs.
Identify gaps in customer service processes and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
3–6 years of CRM experience, preferably in manufacturing or B2B industries.
