Job Description

Role Overview: As a CRM Manager at BuildMyInfra, you will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening customer relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include driving cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, maintaining accurate CRM data, coordinating with internal teams for an improved client experience, preparing reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, and monitoring CRM performance to suggest process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and strengthen customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction. - Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities. - Maintain and update CRM data accurately. - Coordinate with internal teams to enhance client experience. - Prepare reports, presentations, and insights using Excel and PowerPoint. - Monitor CRM performance and suggest process improvements. Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM / Client Relationship / Customer Success roles. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Masters degree preferred (MBA or related field). - Experience with CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce preferred).
