Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve maintaining and updating customer data accurately on Google Sheets. In addition, you will be responsible for making outbound calls for various purposes such as order confirmation, address verification, follow-ups, cross-selling, and upselling. Your ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and senior executives will play a crucial role in ensuring timely order fulfillment and resolving customer queries to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and update customer data accurately on Google Sheets. - Make outbound calls for order confirmation, address verification, follow-ups, cross-selling, and upselling. - Coordinate effectively with internal teams and senior executives. - Ensure timely order fulfillment by confirming addresses and resolving customer queries. - Support customer service operations to enhance the overall customer experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass. - 13 years of experience. - Knowledge of Website, Shopify. - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
