Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CRM Executive to manage client servicing, delivery coordination, and order documentation for our premium bakery brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client queries, feedback, and delivery updates.- Maintain daily order sheets, payment records, and data logs.- Coordinate with delivery riders and track real-time orders.- Support catering (ODC) operations, including equipment and chef scheduling.- Follow up with clients for payments and ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:
- Graduate with 2+ years of experience in client servicing or operations.- Strong communication and multitasking skills.- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and order management systems.- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments efficiently.
