Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a CRM at Noida 107, your role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and customers professionally. You will manage front desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and visitor records. Coordination with Sales, CRM, and Administration teams is essential for smooth client interactions and meetings. Ensuring the reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable is crucial. Supporting client meetings, site visits, and event coordination is part of your responsibilities. Handling customer queries and maintaining daily logs of visitors, appointments, and feedback are key tasks. You will also assist in managing hospitality arrangements for walk-in clients, guests, and dignitaries while upholding high standards of customer service and company representation.
