Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven CRM to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, promote our products/services, and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a persuasive, energetic, and resilient nature.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Proactively call potential customers from provided lists or leads.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
• Product Pitching: Clearly and persuasively explain our products/services, their features, and their benefits.
• Customer Follow-up: Follow up on previous customer interactions and build a sales pipeline.
• Objection Handling: Address customer questions and concerns effectively, overcoming objections to close sales.
• Database Management: Accurately record all call details, customer information, and call outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Script Adherence: Follow communication scripts and guidelines while also adapting your pitch to the customer's responses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
• Persuasion: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and remain positive and professional.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM software and telephone systems.
• Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
