Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Helper to join our team. The Packaging Helper will assist in the packaging process to ensure products are efficiently and safely prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment and have a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and packaging of products for shipment.
• Follow specific instructions to pack items according to company standards.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and tagged.
• Verify product quantities and types before packaging.
• Perform quality checks to ensure that all items are in good condition before shipment.
• Keep the packaging area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Assist in loading products onto trucks for delivery.
• Work closely with the team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in packaging, production, or warehouse work is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move boxes
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects of various sizes and weights.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or factory environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
