Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Customer Relations Manager specializing in handcrafted candles and home fragrance products, your role is crucial in ensuring customer delight and loyalty. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing personalized guidance, overseeing order fulfillment, and maintaining seamless communication across all touchpoints. Your prompt resolution of concerns and sincere care will elevate customer experiences, contributing to lasting relationships and driving repeat purchases and referrals. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or social media. - Provide product information, recommendations, and order updates. - Oversee order processing, shipping coordination, and delivery follow-ups. - Address customer concerns, complaints, or returns professionally and promptly. - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases. - Update CRM tools with customer details and order history for personalized service. - Coordinate with production, packaging, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations. - Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new products.
