Job Description

  • Use SPUR to update, manage, and track all client interactions.
  • Make follow-up calls for TTC leads, franchisee leads, subscription-ended clients, abandoned cart leads, and expired yoga clients.
  • Call existing clients to collect feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores.
  • Follow up on unattended chats and abandoned conversations via calls & WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate call notes, lead stages, and status in CRM after every interaction.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for high-priority leads and campaign updates.
  • Ensure a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.

Daily Calls Target: Minimum 50 outbound calls
Ticket Size: Maintain or improve average revenue per converted client
PRCB Onboarding: Track & support Pre-Registration / Certification / Bootcamp onboarding progress
Lead Closure Ratio: % of leads converted into paid clients
Follow-up Success Rate: No. of renewals, reactivations, and abandoned leads recovered
CRM Accuracy Score: 100% call notes & status updated daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.72 - ₹35,000.97 per month
