Use SPUR to update, manage, and track all client interactions. Make follow-up calls for TTC leads, franchisee leads, subscription-ended clients, abandoned cart leads, and expired yoga clients. Call existing clients to collect feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores. Follow up on unattended chats and abandoned conversations via calls & WhatsApp. Maintain accurate call notes, lead stages, and status in CRM after every interaction. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing for high-priority leads and campaign updates. Ensure a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day.
