The Bakery Chef will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts. Daily tasks include mixing dough, managing the baking process, ensuring product quality, adhering to recipes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The role also involves collaborating with other kitchen staff and managing inventories. Qualifications Proficiency in baking bread, pastries, and desserts Knowledge of artisanal baking techniques and quality ingredients Food safety and sanitation skills Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred Formal culinary training or certification in baking is a plus
