- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for client follow-ups.

- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.

- Track client interactions, feedback, and requirements to ensure satisfaction.

- Assist in after-sales service and relationship building.

Requirements:

- Male/Female candidates with 3–4 years of experience in the real estate industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferably fluent in English).

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
