Customer Relationship Manager Noida (Full-Time, On-Site) Compensation: 25,000–40,000/month + performance-based incentives Experience: 1–2 years Location: Sector 67, Noida Creme Castle is a fast-growing, Shark Tank-featured bakery brand with 17 stores across Delhi NCR. We’re now hiring a Customer Relationship Manager to lead our custom cake sales and customer experience efforts. What You’ll Do: Engage with customers over phone and email to drive sales of custom cakes Manage a small team of customer support executives Build lasting customer relationships with warmth and professionalism Resolve queries, offer product recommendations, and ensure a seamless order experience Maintain accurate records of interactions and order details What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales Prior experience in both voice and chat support Strong communication skills (verbal and written English) Empathetic, enthusiastic, and confident personality Comfortable with basic tech tools and CRM systems About Creme Castle Creme Castle is India’s fastest-growing custom cake brand, renowned for delivering hyper-personalized cakes within 2 hours across Delhi NCR.
