Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring relationships with existing customers and providing an effective sales funnel

• Optimising existing customer database to reach out to prospective customers in future

• Developing innovative and novel techniques of attracting and on boarding new sets of customers

• Ensuring timely collections from existing as well as new customers

• Executing low hanging collection

• Providing assistance in flat shifts, loan shifts to the customers

• Be the SPOC for all the registrations, procedural work and handovers to the specific customer and providing them with a warm on boarding experience

• Ensuring hassle free cancellations across board and products by assisting the customers in a time bound manner

• Expanding outreach to customers by successfully executing cross-selling initiatives- loyalty programs, up-selling, cross-selling etc.

Candidate Profile

Specifically, the candidate should have:

• Excellent academic record with 80% or more in at least one board examination or higher

• Undergraduate and Post-graduate (if applicable) from NIRF ranked campus

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Understanding of Collections/sales channel/ real estate/ products etc.
