Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Rajasthan, India. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, managing customer data, analyzing customer interactions, and improving customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include segmenting the market, overseeing sales processes, managing projects, and ensuring seamless communication between the company and its clients.
