Role Overview

CRM

convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all client inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and phone calls.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings at our Borivali West studio.
• Understand each couple’s story, preferences, and expectations to personalize their experience.
• Share quotations, explain deliverables clearly, and present the value of our services confidently.
• Follow up with potential clients and help them finalize their bookings.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Keep detailed records of all leads, meetings, and updates in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers or graduates with strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent command of

  English and Hindi.

• Warm, approachable, and professional personality.
• Confidence in handling conversations with high-end clients and destination wedding inquiries.
• Passion for weddings, creativity, and storytelling.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of social media and marketing is an added plus.
