Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves maintaining and enhancing relationships with patients, ensuring a positive customer experience, and retaining customers. Day-to-day tasks include handling patient inquiries, coordinating with medical staff, managing patient appointments, and assisting with sales activities to meet the company's goals.
