Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in Indore. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, fostering customer retention, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks will include analyzing customer data, communicating with clients to address their needs, and developing strategies for improving customer satisfaction and business growth.
