Job description CRM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive is responsible for taking care of a company's customers. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone. Customer Relationship Management. Handling Customer Query regarding the product. Coordinating with clients from the time of allotment to possession. Ensuring timely execution of agreement to sell & allotments. • Handling Transfers, Addition & Deletion of applicant name. To achieve maximum Customer Satisfaction, handling customer grievances, maintaining long term relationship. Responsible for sending demands and reminders to the customers, collection of dues, monitoring the outstanding & meeting collection targets. Responsible for responding to all customer communication (written and calls) etc. Able to handle the entire CRM process. (from post sales to handling over) Ensure Customer delight & experience at all levels of Customer Interfaces Build custom segments and journeys to improve retention across segments; Build custom journeys for activation of users using CRM channels Developing and nurturing relationship with new and existing clients.
