Job Description

In the role of CRM Executive at Vapi, your main responsibility will be to manage the CRM system efficiently and ensure the customer database is kept up-to-date. You will also play a crucial role in preparing and sending quotations based on client requirements, handling customer inquiries promptly, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to facilitate order execution. Additionally, you will be expected to generate reports that will support the sales strategy and decision-making process while maintaining positive and long-lasting relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the CRM system and maintain an up-to-date customer database. - Prepare and send quotations as per client requirements. - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. - Coordinate with sales & operations teams for order execution. - Generate reports to support sales strategy and decision-making. - Maintain harmonious customer relationships to foster long-term loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation in Engineering or a related field. - Experience in CRM or Sales Coordination. - Strong communication and follow-up skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive.
