Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, enhancing customer retention, improving communication, optimizing customer experience, and driving sales initiatives on a daily basis.

  • Analytical Skills and Customer Retention abilities
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience and drive Sales
  • Experience in CRM systems and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
