Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience managing customer relationships, preferably in the finance industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage DSE interactions, channel partners, and the open market to generate leads.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations and credit teams, to ensure efficient loan application processing.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.

Cross-sell product offerings to customers and educate them about issues and capabilities.

Collect pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and perform accurate data entries.

Maintain relationships with assigned dealers and interact with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Job

Graduate degree preferred, with a strong foundation in finance or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of the finance industry, including motor finance and sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Comfortable moving in the market and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Candidates from Finance graduate stream preferred.

Should be comfortable to move in the market.

Should have learning attitude.
