Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Karnal, Sco No. 223 - CRE *Kaithal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve sales performance.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company''s products and services.

Job

Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Candidate should be a graduate.
