Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is crucial.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, including lead generation and conversion.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Candidate should be able to handle k (Motor Finance) products and provide excellent customer service.
