Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Job

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, including negotiation and persuasion techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications, including CRM systems.
