Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Assist customers in booking processes, ensuring all necessary documents are collected. Coordinate the signing of agreements and contracts. Maintain accurate records of client transactions and property details. Monitor customer payment schedules and send reminders for pending payments. Ensure timely collection of installments and coordinate with the finance team for updates. Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Address grievances related to property handover, amenities, or documentation. Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. Work closely with the sales, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth operations. Provide customers with updates on project status, possession timelines, and other developments. Update and maintain customer data in CRM software. Generate reports and analyze customer data to improve engagement strategies. Preferred candidate profile: 1-2 years of experience in billing or a related role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
