Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience, excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and strong market knowledge. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze customer data and provide insights.
Product knowledge of UV finance and motor finance is required.
Candidates should be comfortable moving around the market and working independently.
A learning attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are necessary.
Must have a bike and license.
Knowledge of RTO (UV) is preferred.
