Customer Relationship Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage client communication, follow up on enquiries, ensure timely completion of orders or services, and coordinate payment collection. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting smooth business operations from enquiry to post-delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat to ensure timely responses and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and accounts) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders or service requests.
• Monitor timelines and progress to ensure timely completion and delivery of commitments.
• Follow up on pending payments and ensure collection within agreed terms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including communication logs, quotations, and payment details.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and improved customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on enquiries, order status, and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or client relations.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of sales/order management processes.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
