Customer Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tele-Calling & Lead Management

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  
• Explain company services, offers, and benefits clearly.
  
• Maintain a high call volume with quality conversation.
  
• Follow up on leads and convert them into branch visits or business.
  
• Update CRM/lead sheet regularly with call status and customer feedback.
  

2. Walk-in Creation

• Actively drive customer walk-ins through follow-ups and promotional communication.
  
• Convince customers to visit the branch for valuation, offers, and product information.
  
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper handling of walk-in customers.
  

3. Customer Handling

• Greet and attend walk-in customers professionally.
  
• Understand customer requirements and guide them effectively.
  
• Provide complete product/service information and ensure a smooth customer journey.
  
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
  
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  

4. Operational Tasks

• Assist branch operations such as documentation, KYC verification, and data entry.
  
• Maintain customer records, files, and registers accurately.
  
• Support daily branch activities, reporting, and coordination.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
  
• Handle back-end tasks assigned by Branch Manager or Operations Head.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong customer service orientation
  
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  
• Confident, polite, and persuasive tele-calling ability
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn

• Graduate preferred
  
• 03 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales
  
• Experience in gold loan/financial services will be an added advantage
