Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive.

Experience : 1 to 5 Years

CTC 4 LPA

Week off : Tuesday/Sunday(Rotational week Off)

We are looking for a Customer Interface Executive to manage and support customers throughout the home-buying process. The role involves handling enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries via call, email, and walk-ins.
Explain project details, pricing, floor plans, and amenities clearly.
Coordinate and schedule site visits for customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients until booking.
Support customers during documentation, agreement process, and payments.
Provide timely updates on project status, approvals, and handover timelines.
Maintain customer data, follow-up tracker, and daily reports.
Coordinate with sales, CRM, and project teams for customer requirements.
Address customer queries or issues professionally and promptly.
Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to handover.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
Basic knowledge of real estate projects and documentation (added advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualification:

Any degree
candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service
