We're Hiring: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) 🚛 Location: Redhills, Chennai Company: SRAS MOTOWORKS (P) LTD - Ashok Leyland (ASC) We're looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage and enhance relationships with our heavy / commercial vehicle customers in our workshop and service operations. 🧩Key Responsibilities: Handle service reminder calls, post-service feedback. Coordinate with service advisors, workshop manager, and parts team to ensure smooth vehicle check-in, tracking, and delivery. Address customer complaints, escalate unresolved issues as per process, and ensure high customer satisfaction scores. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support new customer onboarding Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction ✅Desired Profile: Graduate in any discipline; experience in commercial vehicle / automobile service environment preferred. 1–3 years of experience in customer service / CRM / front office (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
