Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via

    chat, phone calls, and emails

  • Resolve customer issues and process service requests accurately
  • Maintain proper records and update customer information in internal systems
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets
  • Follow company guidelines, SOPs, and service standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve escalations
  • Ensure a positive and empathetic customer experience at all times
