Customer Relationship Executives (CREs)

to strengthen our front-line client service and sales support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client communication and support across the assigned region
  • Handle payment collection coordination and maintain regular follow-ups with clients
  • Engage in tele-sales activities to generate new leads and support business development
  • Conduct introductory calls with new clients and manage client onboarding documentation
  • Draft and send business communication emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain client databases and generate reports using Advanced Excel
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics) for smooth order processing and delivery
  • Monitor client satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for management on follow-ups, collections, and client status
  • Support the field sales team with backend client coordination, document tracking, and system updates

Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel
  • Prior experience in client servicing, tele-calling, CRM, or payment follow-up is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work well under pressure
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a professional and solution-focused approach
