Job Description

The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships by ensuring exceptional service, efficient communication, and data-driven engagement. The role focuses on improving customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction through consistent follow-ups, personalized communication. Customer Engagement & Retention: Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients through regular communication, feedback collection, and after-sales service. Identify and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty and reduce churn rate. CRM Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy and confidentiality. Segment customers based on demographics, purchase behavior, and preferences to support targeted campaigns. Communication & Follow-ups: Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails to address client queries or feedback. Send periodic greetings, offers, and reminders (festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) to clients. Sales & Marketing Support: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution and lead nurturing. Monitor campaign performance and customer responses to improve future strategies. Working hour 10:30-8pm
