Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer to manage and grow relationships with potential and existing customers in need of personal loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer financial needs, offering suitable loan products, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the loan application process. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, or in person to understand their financial needs. Promote personal loan products and explain features, benefits, interest rates, and terms clearly. Guide customers through the loan application process and assist with documentation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of loan applications. Coordinate with internal departments such as credit, underwriting, and operations to ensure smooth processing. Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues with professionalism and speed. Ensure adherence to compliance, legal, and regulatory standards during all customer interactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or other systems. Achieve individual sales and service targets as defined by management.
