Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring Telecallers to promote and sell loan products over the phone. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan features, and generating leads or conversions. This is a target-based role ideal for candidates with good communication and convincing skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain personal loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options. Collect basic information to check loan eligibility. Follow up on leads to ensure loan applications are completed. Maintain daily records of calls and outcomes in the CRM or call logs. Achieve daily and monthly targets assigned by the team leader. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines
