Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Loan Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining personal loan products, assessing eligibility, and converting leads into successful loan applications. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/databases. Promote and explain personal loan products to prospective clients. Assess customer financial needs and eligibility for loan products. Provide detailed product information, interest rates, EMI options, and documentation requirements. Follow up with leads and ensure timely application submissions. Handle objections or queries efficiently and convert leads into applications. Maintain call logs and update CRM with accurate customer information and call outcomes. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process. Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, etc.) to process applications smoothly.
