Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and online inquiries.
  • Explain project details (location, pricing, amenities, approvals, etc.) clearly and convincingly.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on interest, budget, and location.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits with field executives.
  • Follow up on older leads regularly and maintain engagement until closure.
  • Update call outcomes daily in CRM or Excel.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive tone in every interaction.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills (Tamil + Basic English).
  • Confident, patient, and polite telephone manner.
  • Strong convincing ability and listening skills.
  • Computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
  • Time management and follow-up discipline.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Any Graduate / 12th Pass with strong communication.
  • 0–3 years experience in real estate / telemarketing / BPO.
  • Freshers with good attitude and communication can apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,952.14 - ₹23,513.33 per month
