We’re Hiring: Reactive Sales Executive – Noida (Delhi NCR)

Location: Noida, Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on Interview Performance)

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Reactive Sales Executive for our Noida location.

In this role, you’ll handle inbound leads for birthday parties, group bookings, and corporate events, ensuring exceptional service, timely responses, and maximum conversions. You will play a key role in driving revenue and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and walk-ins

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings (parties, events, corporates)

• Maintain daily lead logs, CRM entries, and follow-up records

• Upsell party packages, F&B services, and gaming add-ons

• Coordinate with banquet, restaurant, billing & gaming teams for smooth operations

• Share daily and weekly sales reports with booking pipeline updates

• Ensure 90%+ guest satisfaction through effective communication and service

Target-Driven Goals

• Quick response to every lead

• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets

• Maximize upselling of packages and add-ons

• Deliver consistent guest delight

Who Should Apply

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills

• OR candidates with 6–12 months of experience in telesales / hospitality / events / QSR

• Strong coordination, negotiation & customer-handling skills

• Comfortable working on weekends, holidays & rotational shifts

• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented

• Familiar with MS Excel or basic CRM tools
