Customer Relations Officer

Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Officer in the Sales & Marketing department, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell Vetinas range of pet food and veterinary products to veterinary clinics, pet retailers, and distributors within the assigned territory. Your role will require strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and a dedication to animal health and welfare. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Vetinas products to veterinary clinics, pet retailers, and distributors. - Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with veterinarians, channel partners, and key stakeholders. - Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. - Conduct product presentations, promotional activities, and field demonstrations. - Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and brand representation in the market. - Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements. - Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with the sales manager. - Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and ethical standards. Qualification Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience, preferably in the Pet Food / Veterinary / Companion Animal industry. - Graduate in any related discipline.
