Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Officer, your role involves connecting with customers to understand their loan requirements such as balance transfer (BT), overdraft (OD), and personal loans. Your key responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls to generate, nurture, and convert leads, as well as following up with banks and customers for documentation and application status. Additionally, you will be expected to educate customers on credit card products and features, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application progress, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
