Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Officer/ Sr. Customer Relationship Officer in the Sales department located at Noida Sec 16, your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan offerings. - Explaining product features, eligibility, interest rates, and application process. - Collecting and verifying basic customer information for eligibility checks. - Following up on leads and ensuring timely submission of documents. - Coordinating with internal teams and lending partners to ensure a smooth loan process. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of experience in PL, HL, LAP, and Insurance. - Good communication and convincing skills. - Self-motivation with a results-driven approach. - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
