Customer Relationship Officer

As a Customer Relations Officer at our Training institute in Trivandrum, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop leads, conduct counselling sessions, handle tele-calling, and arrange batches effectively. - Handling inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media. This includes managing complaints, feedback, and suggestions promptly. - Working towards improving the overall customer satisfaction ratings of the organization. - Resolving customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner to ensure customer retention. - Keeping customers informed about the latest products to drive sales. - Identifying and addressing individual customer needs effectively. - Conducting business reviews using CRM programs to enhance customer relations. Qualifications Required: - Degree qualification - Good communication skills in English - Basic computer knowledge Please note that this is a full-time position based in Trivandrum.
