Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Experience required: 5-8 years

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for brand promotion, digital ads, websites, and social media platforms
• Create motion graphics, animations, reels, shorts, and ad films
• Develop 2D explainer videos using motion graphics and visual storytelling
• Add animations, transitions, sound effects, voiceovers, and music
• Optimize video formats for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms

Graphic Design

• Design static and animated creatives for ads, social media, banners, thumbnails, and marketing campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
• Work on performance marketing creatives for paid campaigns

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams to develop creative concepts
• Translate briefs into visually compelling and conversion-focused creatives
• Stay updated with industry trends, ad formats, and new design technologies

Software & Tools

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway, Midjourney, AI video & design tools)

Technical & Creative Skills

• Strong command of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling
• Proven experience creating explainer videos and promotional ads
• Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and export optimization
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in brand marketing, digital advertising, or agency environment
• Strong understanding of short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
• Experience with performance-driven creatives
