Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Understand and promote products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards. Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is correctly labeled and displayed. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Process exchanges and returns according to company policy. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
